The TGN Fitness Center a New Monthly Feature Debuts Tonight with Cardio Golf

MIAMI, Fl (November 24, 2009) - Karen Palacios-Jansen, 2008 LPGA Teacher of the Year, and a certified personal instructor, developed a golf-specific exercise program called "Cardio Golf". Tuesday night on http://thegolfersnation.com, Palacios-Jansen brings Cardio Golf to the masses on the newest show on TheGolfersNation.com - "TGN Fitness Center".

Cardio Golf is just one of the titles that will be featured on TheGolfersNation.com and "TGN Fitness Center". In 2010, another series of Golf Fitness shows will also debut.

Palacios-Jansen, who has appeared on The Golf Channel and was named as one of America's Top-50 Instructors by Golf for Women Magazine, is also Managing Editor of Golf Fitness Magazine.

In the first episode of Cardio Golf, Palacios-Jansen asks viewers to join her for a warm-up session, then turns her attention to an exercise for Basic Swing Fundamentals, and then on to exercises to loosen up the joints needed in order to make a fluid golf swing.
