MEMPHIS, Tenn. — After scoring more than 40 PGA Tour victories and sweeping of all four PGA majors this year, shafts designed and manufactured by True Temper Sports were played by all Top 25 finishers at the 2009 PGA Tour ‘Q-School.’
True Temper’s Dynamic Gold and Project X brands were clearly the shafts of choice among all of the Q-School competitors. Out of 170 qualifiers, True Temper shafts were in the bags of 162 Q-school competitors while the next closest shaft company’s count was five sets in play.
